Paranoia is an effect the player experiences over time while lingering in the Void.
Eating will increase Paranoia build up where as eating
will decrease Paranoia build up.
At maximum Paranoia, The Corrupted Pawn will spawn.
Various Armors can reduce the rate at which Paranoia builds up.
Effects
- You hear things that aren't really there
- The fog will slowly turn red
- Voidic Crystal Ore will appear that isn't actually there
- Occasional half a heart of damage is dealt
- A heartbeat can be heard
